Landscape Options

The Landscape command will allow you to set certain properties to avoid the repetitive entry or selection of information during the design process.  

To set the landscape options:

1. Click on the Landscape tab.

2. When viewing the plant material in the Plant Placement dialog box, you can sort the selections by either the common or botanical name.  Select either Common Name or Botanical Name from the Plant Name Display Type drop down menu by clicking on the selection one time with the left mouse button.
   
   This setting does not effect the Material List / Estimate or Symbol Legend command.

3. When manually placing quantity labels on the design or automatically placing symbol labels, you can have the plant name appear as the Common Name, Botanical Name, or as the plant Abbreviation.  Select the desired name format from the Label Name Display Type drop down menu.

Note:

• The Plant Name Type for the Material List/Estimate or the Symbol Legend command is set within those commands.
