Refund Policy
Because Pro Contractor Studio is a digital product and access is provided immediately, all sales become final once a serial number or subscription key has been created.
That said, we understand issues can happen. Any request for a refund will be reviewed on an individual basis. If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used for purchase.
How to request a refund
Email our team with your purchase details and a short explanation of the issue. Including the items below helps us review your request faster:

Processing time
