Move

The Move command will allow you to move the selected objects from a set base point (original location) to a new location.

To move the selected objects on the design screen:

1. Select one of more entities on the design screen.

2. Select the Move command from the Edit menu or press the Shortcut Key of M.

3. Set a base point location from which to move the selected entities by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and clicking on the design screen at the new location.

4. Place the mouse on top of the selection handle .

5. Click on the selection handle one time with the left mouse button.

6. Drag the selected objects to a new location.

7. Click a second time to move the objects and complete the command.

Note:

• You can move selected objects on the design screen without setting a base point by clicking on the selection handle , dragging the objects to a new location and clicking a second time.
